Room was clean and spacious. Bedding was fresh and stain-free. Everything worked properly, including the bathroom with plenty of fresh towels. Friendly and knowledgeable Black male clerk provided great service. Quiet room location fulfilled.

This hotel offers a fantastic and affordable stay. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with digital temperature control and comfortable double beds. The staff members are friendly and attentive, providing a personable experience. The breakfast options available in the restaurant are plentiful. The hotel's location is superb, offering easy access to Fredericksburg, VA, as well as nearby restaurants and shops. Additionally, they offer early check-in for added convenience.

The breakfast was adequate and reasonably priced with burnt eggs and everyone's different taste. The hotel's position was favourable, near the highway. I tried some drinks at bar Yak a Doos, located 5 minutes walk away.
